Flowers delivered to us from a neighbour. 

Photos taken on my morning walk. This view is out the front of our house. I love the blue colour of the mountains.

 I also love this tree next door to us.

I was so pleased I had my camera with me this morning when I spotted this magpie having a bath.

A lovely start to my day today with a phone call to my Health Coach. As part of my course with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition I get my own Health Coach for the year. Today was my first call and it was great. During the call I picked up some new health tips and set some new personal health goals. 

Following that was another lovely phone call to my brother and Mum and Dad.

I went for a walk, did some washing and some grocery shopping. 

Later in the day there were more phone calls from my husband's sister and niece and nephew. 

After that we lit a small fire in our back paddock and sat watching the flames, having a drink and chat with our neighbour. There is something about a campfire.....it creates such a relaxing atmosphere. 

Our chooks always come over for a chat when we walk past, or maybe it's some tasty scraps they're looking for.

The weather was beautiful here today. I spent some time outside having my meals and studying. I also took these photos around our yard......
